This Privacy Policy covers McQuillen Interactive LLC’s treatment of personal information that we collect when you are on the Site and when you use the Services. This policy covers our treatment of any personal information that our business partners share with us.

Information You Provide to Us
Whenever you interact with the SimpleDiagrams website, we may receive and store certain types of information. This information is includes the data stored by the server in server logs, such as your IP address, SimpleDiagrams cookie information, and the information you request from the server. McQuillen Interactive LLC may use this information to figure out if something's going wrong with the server, or to make changes so that the site is easier to use. The SimpleDiagrams site may automatically collect usage information, such as the numbers and frequency of visitors to our Site and Services and their components. McQuillen Interactive LLC may use this data in aggregate form, that is, as a statistical measure, but not in a manner that would identify you personally.
Purchase Information
We use PayPal to handle the purchase process for a SimpleDiagrams license. When your purchase is complete, PayPal sends us your information so that we can then send you a license key via your email provided to PayPal. We don't share this information with anybody (see "Sharing Information" below).
E-mail Communications
We may send out emails to let you know when new versions of SimpleDiagrams are available (you wouldn't want to miss all the cool new features would you?). IF YOU DON'T WANT TO RECEIVE THESE PROMOTIONAL EMAILS, JUST TELL US: send an email to privacy@simplediagrams.com and say "leave me alone I don't want promotional emails" or something to that effect.
Cookies
Cookies are simple pieces of information that we store on your hard drive through your Web browser. These cookies do not collect personal information, and we will not combine information collected through cookies with other personal information to tell us who you are or what your username or e-mail address is.
Sharing Information
We collect very little information. We don't rent any of the information we collect. We don't sell any of the information we collect. Really, we just want to make a cool application that you like to use.
